What's the difference between Stone Polymer Composite and WPC?
Since all of our LVP flooring comes with a Rigid Stone Polymer Composite Core, there is little to no acclimation time before the install. However, because there are times with great temperatures and humidity variability, we recommend waiting at least 24hrs to 48hrs to install.
Where can I buy CASE Floors?

I’ve heard LVP is bad for the environment. Is that true?
Some lower-quality LVP brands can emit VOCs, which can be hazardous to the environment and your health. We take our responsibility to the environment seriously. Each one of our floors is low VOC and 100% recyclable at the end of their life.

Do I need glue or liquid nails for your flooring?
No, due to the nature of click-lock LVP flooring, our floors are to be installed as floating floors. The use of liquid nails could potentially hurt the underlayment attached.
Is your flooring good for a basement?
With natural moisture resistant properties of our LVP Flooring, it is a perfect fit for a basement or any other areas (bathrooms & kitchens) that may have excessive moisture. The stone polymer composite core enhances the moisture resistance from within and the thick wear layers provide a safety barrier from spills and accidents on the surface.
Do I have to book a consultation?
Yes, we want to make sure you find the best floors possible, whether that is with us or someone else. To ensure this, we are by appointment only, so that you get one-on-one service and we can learn the needs of whatever project you have.
Is the pad attached?
Yes, each plank sold comes with a high quality 1mm IXPE underlayment pad attached. Combing the underlayment with the flooring itself saves time and hassle when it comes to installation.
Do I need to put an underlayment in with your floors?
Our LVP flooring combines comfort and convenience with an attached 1mm IXPE pad, eliminating the need for separate underlayment. Each plank is engineered for optimal performance as-is—adding any additional underlayment will void the warranty.
